Terms of Service

SceneSnap is an AI-assisted product imagery platform operated by Prasinous Tech. It allows users to upload product visuals, apply style references, and generate derivative marketing images and videos.

The service is provided as an online software product and may evolve over time as features, integrations, and quality controls are updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must keep your login credentials secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.

You may not use SceneSnap to upload or generate unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, or abuse the platform, its APIs, or its generation systems.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to any images, logos, product assets, or content you upload to SceneSnap.

As between you and Prasinous Tech, your original uploaded materials remain yours. AI-generated outputs are provided to you subject to applicable third-party provider and platform rules.

Paid plans, subscriptions, and any related billing operations are processed through Stripe or other designated payment providers.

If you subscribe to a recurring plan, billing may renew automatically until you cancel in accordance with the plan settings and billing provider rules.

Credits are consumed when eligible generation actions are performed under the active plan or purchased balance rules.

Credits are non-transferable and, unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise, are not redeemable for cash. Refund handling for failed operations follows the product’s documented credit logic.

We may apply usage limits, queue limits, moderation checks, rate limits, and technical restrictions to preserve service quality and platform security.

We may suspend or restrict usage that materially harms platform stability, violates fair use expectations, or creates abusive operational load.

AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inconsistencies, or results that do not fully match your expectations. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before commercial use.

SceneSnap is provided on an as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, without guarantees that every output will be accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for a specific purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if an account violates these terms, misuses the platform, or creates legal, financial, or operational risk.

You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any active billing or subscription obligations already incurred.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in the product, legal requirements, or service operations.

When material changes are made, we may provide notice through the website, the app, or account-related communications.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the service will be subject to the competent courts and enforcement offices in Turkiye.
