How does the credit system work?
Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Image generation costs 5-40 credits, video generation costs 80 credits. Monthly credits don't roll over, but purchased credits never expire.
How can I upgrade my plan?
Go to Dashboard > Credits to view your current plan and upgrade to a higher tier. Upgrades take effect immediately.
Will I get a refund if generation fails?
Yes, credits spent on failed generations are automatically refunded.
What image formats are supported?
We support JPEG, PNG, WEBP, and HEIC (iPhone) formats. Uploaded images are automatically optimized.
How can I delete my account?
You can request account deletion from Dashboard > Settings. This action is irreversible.
How long are generated images stored?
Storage duration varies by plan: Free 7 days, Basic 30 days, Pro 90 days, Agency 365 days.
