We may process account information such as your name, email address, profile image, subscription or billing identifiers, and support-related communications.
We may also process uploaded product images, reference images, generated outputs, usage logs, and technical information required to operate the service securely.
2. Why We Process Data
We process personal and product-related data to provide account access, generation workflows, billing operations, customer support, security controls, and service reliability.
We may also process limited operational and analytics data to improve product quality, diagnose failures, and understand feature usage where permitted.
3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
SceneSnap uses essential session cookies related to authentication, including Supabase session cookies such as sb-* values where applicable.
We also use functional preference storage such as theme settings, and analytics-related storage for PostHog where enabled by product configuration or future consent flows.
4. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing
We use third-party providers to operate the service, including Supabase for authentication, database, and storage, Google AI services for image-related processing, Stripe for payments, PostHog for analytics, Vercel for hosting, and Sentry for error monitoring.
These providers process data only to the extent necessary to deliver their respective parts of the service.

We retain data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce platform rules.
Retention periods may vary depending on plan type, generated asset storage rules, billing obligations, and operational needs.

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access to your data, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of certain records, objection to certain processing, and data portability.

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect account and service data, including HTTPS, role-based access controls, row-level access protections, and provider-level security controls where available.
No system is perfectly secure, so users should also protect their credentials and review outputs before relying on them commercially.

SceneSnap is not intended for children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly design the service for use by minors.
If we become aware that personal data has been provided in violation of this policy, we may take steps to delete or restrict that data.
9. International Data Transfers
Depending on the infrastructure and third-party providers involved, data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence.
